Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The parable of His
Light is as (if there were) a niche and within it a lamp, the lamp is
in glass, the glass as it were a brilliant star, lit from a blessed
tree, an olive, neither of the east ( neither it gets sun-rays
only in the morning) nor of the west ( nor it gets sun-rays only
in the afternoon, but it is exposed to the sun all day long), whose
oil would almost glow forth (of itself), though no fire touched it.
Light upon Light! Allah guides to His Light whom He wills. And Allah=
sets forth parables for mankind, and Allah is All-Knower of
everything=2E

Hey, don’t knock the rag head.When I was riding with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment during our infamous Thunder Run into central Baghdad 30 months ago, I saw many ‘mates of Allah’.They drove some nice late model Toyota Camry’s at us a few times, shouting obscenities I couldn’t understand.I did my best to stop them coming closer (I thought they might be angy JWT Baghdad staff angry at losing some Lever business), but eventually I had to put a few hundred rounds of 9mm Mike Mike through their car in order to halt their progress.Later on I found out that it was in actual fact a JWT ambient scam.Aw shucks, the fog of war, eh?We drank a lot of saddam’s beers that night listening to the new Cheryl Crow album.

In reference to the above comment…The only offensive thing is the original post itself.Imagine if one of us logged onto the rag-head blog and tried to convert them into copywriters by preaching about scam ads, research groups and drug-fueled agency christmas parties. He can shove his beliefs where Allah’s ‘lights of the heavens’ don’t shine.
