Battle of the Ad Bands – reminder to register: registrations close this coming Friday, 30 July

You’ve only got one more week to enter for your chance to achieve rock ‘n roll glory. A reminder that registrations close this coming Friday, 30 July, and there are only 4 spaces left. Registration fee $250+GST.
Sadly, a couple of notable agencies are still missing from the line up. This is as sacrilegious as not entering your best campaign into Cannes. Remember, you don’t have to be talented to get onstage. Check out videos from previous years at www.botab.co.nz for inspiration.
And just in case the new rule hasn’t filtered through to you, this year, as well as playing at least one cover and one original song, each band will also have to play one of 12 wild card songs selected by the BOTAB organisers. These will be drawn out a hat with at least one member of each band present two weeks before the show.
Bands will be battling it out for some rad prizes, which will be revealed shortly. But they will be rad. Promise.
