Just to help me get the story right someone at Colenso.
Back in the day the working class man only drank imported beer, I guess because local beer was stink. Even DB’s. When the price of imported beer went up, rather than drink local stuff he drank nothing until DB got it’s shit together and finally made a decent export beer. Is that right?
Here’s better one! http://epicbeer.com/
wow I love ads that read the brief out.
Its just so boring though. Who wants to read about it? Its not even interesting – its the same story that other NZ beers experienced at the same time….. yawn.
Yawn…the most boring beer campaign created. Nice story for the back of a bottle but who really cares.
This is fabulous. A relevant platform ably supported by absolutely hilarious radio and beautifully crafted print, that’s a joy to read. It’s great to see that typography is still alive and well too. This ticks all the boxes lads. And it doesn’t look anything like about a million other campaigns, despite what everyone is saying.
4.10 have you actually read it?? or did you fall asleep half way through like the rest of us?????
