Marley New Zealand has launched a new TV commercial for its Stratus Design Series – a new generation of uPVC designer spouting and downpipe systems via Tenfold Creative.
The spot was directed by Flying Fish’s Greg Page and produced by Kerin Casey.

I liked the duck ads, but they were it were a bit cheap looking.
Personally speaking, there is nothing more satisfying than have new guttering and drains put onto your house.
I recently got my house done. I blessed the new additions by drinking a fine bottle of Gibbston Valley pinot, and then a cheeky Kalleske Clarry Shiraz from the Barossa Valley. It was great fun.
I’ve seen this ad once and I can remember the key messages (style and durability). Might not be the pinnacle of creative genius but I’d guess it’ll work quite well for those in the market for guttering.
Had to laugh when I saw it on the weekend. The titles start by saying about the guttering: ‘It will never rust’ then they go on to say ‘Guaranteed for 15 years’. Eh?
