Australian director Anthony Rose joins Waitemata Films for representation in New Zealand

Waitemata Films welcomes another stellar director to their roster, Anthony Rose (left).

Rose is one of Australasia’s most successful commercial director/cinematographers. He has directed countless TV commercials in a career that has spanned over 20 years. He’s also an accomplished stills photographer.

Says Johnny Blick, EP: “We’ve always enjoyed Anthony’s work particularly his Fiji Me spot for BarnesCatmur, which has nothing to do with the gorgeous woman in the bikini. We’re thrilled to have him on board”.

Rose has a feel for dramatic, poignant storytelling and his experience as an award winning cinematographer has honed his eye for action. He has a passion and skill for shooting fashion and beauty campaigns as they allow him to combine glossy cinematography with atmospheric lighting.
