I might have missed it all but so far I haven’t seen too
many amazing things come out of the big agencies since Axis.
A few exceptions being the LTSA height ad out of Clems and
the International Film Festival campaign out of Saatchis.
Have I had my head in the sand and missed a lot of great
advertising or has the second half of ’05 been a write off
for NZ agencies?

What about that ground-breaking work for The Warehouse from DDB?Or Colenso’s mind-bogglingly effective Red Spot campaign for Farmers?
Thank CAANZ the year is 14 months long and doesn’t finish until the end of February.
Is the International Film Festival campaign out of Saatchis amazing?
The Warehouse ground-breaking? I am assuming you are slightly sarcastic?
Jesus. I hope you’re not a creative.
Actually no, jesus wasn’t a creative. Supposedly his father (who was the creative responsible for the ‘Earth’ campaign) was rather disappointed his son didn’t follow in his footsteps.
there’s a lot of great work out there for film festivals, ‘fraid this campaign ain’t quite up there. no doubt good enough to win TV gold at axis though
That’s true. I remember a film festival ad from a few years back, from Canada I think, about a guy and his trousers, the line was something about how this film would not be screening at the festival. Saw it on bestads if I remember correctly.

Oh dear.I think the pink slips shipped up from Wellington last week for the Ginga, will be getting a bit of a workout this week.Still, it could be worse, they could have been for a mockumentary documentary.
Oh, so it’s an Ocker- Cocker-Docker-Mockumentary
