Is that meant to be a surprise?
Just shows how far spam can get you..into the Gunn Report.
Wouldn’t suck on it if I were you Colenso.
This says as much about the amount of $$$ these two agencies are prepared to spend on award entries as it does about their creative output. Ranking at the Gunn Report takes more than just great work; it takes a huge awards entry budget in order to send that work all over the world to enter in shows that 99%… no, make that 100% of local clients haven’t heard of.
So no, not “suck on that, Colenso,” but, “suck on that, juniors at Saatchi and DDB who’ve been told there’s no money for a pay rise.”
Andy, look at the company DDB and Saatchi are keeping. Pretty good agencies, eh. I know it’s easy to be cynical when your agency is obviously not as successful as these two, but think about how nice it must feel to be in the world’s top 50 creative agencies rather than trying to find a weakness. You are one bitter cat. Move on.
You are all bitter,
Well done both agencies, and well done all the others in NZ that were not far behind.
It was a good year for us for all NZ
9.07pm you misspelt ‘cat’ – it is spelt t-w-a-t
I’ll buy that from DDB, well done but Saatchi’s needs to lift their credibility on their big two clients, Telecom and Westpac, to sit up proudly. Consistently woeful work.
Good on both agencies for getting there. And good on anyone else here for sharing their opinions. Shame you can’t share an opinoin without being called a bitter cat or twat.
Ben, you’re missing the point. Awards are not about raising the standards of work for your paying clients; they’re about reminding your mates back in England you still exist.
