Seen+Noted: ShanShui

These posters were placed in high visibility areas and in subway stations with the highest flow volume of people in Shanghai. A film version is also being played in People Square, one of the busiest subway stations in the whole of Asia. From a distance these illustrated posters look like beautiful landscape paintings. Look at it closer and the shocking reality is that factories, cars and buildings are polluting and destroying the environment.
