Dur. Trumpet blowing over a few new hires only days after making a dozen people redundant at Aim, including online people. That’s gonna make people feel good. Doesn’t say much for the trumpet blowers either.
Nice one Heidi! Well done.
Who got made redundant at Aim?
Jeez – name an agency (or client) that hasn’t reviewed it’s structure. Pay cuts, pay freezes, recruitment freezes and redundancies aren’t news anymore.
Exactly right 1.13. Gossiping about specific people who’ve been made redundant is lame and insensitive.
Heidi is great, good going!
