AWARD School Wellington welcomes first intake

AWARD School Wellington welcomed the next creative generation at the opening lecture and welcome drinks last night with an inspirational line-up of speakers.

AWARD Committee members, students, tutors and lecturers, all came together last night to celebrate the opening of the ideas-based training program for aspiring creatives.

Speakers included AWARD Executive Committee Member Paul Nagy – CD of Clemenger BBDO, Philip Andrew, ECD of Clemenger BBDO, and Dan Moth, previous AWARD School graduate and writer at Clemenger BBDO.

Drinks followed at Motel Bar, where eager students met their tutors andlecturers who’ll be guiding and teaching them over the next threemonths.

Three top agencies in Wellington – Clemenger BBDO, Saatchi& Saatchi and Y&R – are involved in tutoring this year on theThursday evenings, and on Monday evenings students will hear lecturesfrom the industries top creative leaders and innovators.
