Saatchi’s Hywel James for The Palace, Sydney
Top New Zealand copywriter Hywel James has moved across from Saatchi & Saatchi Auckland to The Campaign Palace, Sydney.
James is one of New Zealand’s most awarded creatives, most recently pickingup in Cannes for Vespa. He’s spent the last two and a half years atSaatchi’s working on brands such as Toyota, Westpac, TVNZ, Telecom andSanyo.
“It’s fantastic to be in Sydney and to be a part of theteam at The Palace. It’s a great brand with great brands to work on,”says James.
Says Palace Sydney CD Cameron Hoelter: “It’s great to have someone of Hywel’spedigree here at the Palace. He has lots of experience and a greatcreative record, I’m sure he’s going to make a fantastic contribution.”

James joined Saatchi’s in December 2006 and before that was at DDB Auckland where he first made a name for himself.

If you go on the Lion standard 10. Maybe we should do a tally around town and see which agency ‘has no creatives left’ using that standard.
