In conjunction with metservice.com relaunching its site, Y&R Wellington has created a billboardcampaign to show peoplethat with metservice.com as their planning tool any type of day can bewonderful. For ‘wind’, thousands of multi coloured children’s pinwheelsfluttered on the billboard surface. For ‘rain’, simulated (and actual) rain water spun specially-designed rainbow-wheels.
