Josh&Jamie bring home the bacon

JOSH-JAMIE.jpgNew independent agency Josh&Jamie has won the Premier Beehive business comprising the Premier and Beehive bacon and ham brands, without a pitch.

Says Josh&Jamie creative partner Jamie Hitchcock: “John’s got great plans for his brands this year and we can’t wait to get stuck in with the team, including their new PR agency.”

Haystac, led by general manager Fleur Postill, has also been appointed to the Premier Beehive business.

Managing Director of Premier Beehive, John Kippenberger, says he’simpressed: “Josh&Jamie’s passion and desire to be part of ourbusiness is just fantastic, and the work they’ve done demonstrates tous that they really know how to speak to Kiwis.”

Premier Beehive joins foundation client, 3 Wise Men shirts, atJosh&Jamie. A new campaign for 3 Wise Men launched recently in KiaOra magazine entitled the 3 Wise Men Guide to a 3 Wise Man -celebrating ‘the good buggers of NZ business.’

“We’ve been keeping our heads down, pitching hard and chasing newbusiness for the last couple of months while settling into our GreyLynn office, so to win this piece of business is really exciting,especially for Josh who would eat bacon for every meal if his wifeallowed him,” says Hitchcock.

Adds creative partner, Josh Lancaster, “We’ve also been strengthened bythe arrival of Jo Wealleans as group account director. Jo was one ofour favourite suits at Colenso and an integral part of some of our bestwork there – and her mum bought us some lovely cushions.”
