DDB adds three to creative department
DDB New Zealand has appointed three new team members within thecreative department, including Simone Louis, who joins as a new writerto partner Brett Colliver.
Simone began her career at ColensoBBDO before doing a short stint at Publicis Mojo and then relocating toSydney to join Three Drunk Monkeys, where she has been a copywriter partnered with Bradley Averil.
Simone has worked with Frucor, Mini, Mercedes Benz, Lion Nathan, Foxteland Telstra. Her achievements to date include winning the first everYoung Guns Black Bullet and being recognised at Cannes, One Show, AWARDand Axis.

Creative duo Steve Hansen (far left) and Paul Kim (left) have also joined DDB fromColenso BBDO. The young team won Best Outdoor of the week onbestadsontv.com, the Emerging Talent Award at the 2010 Axis Awards.
Says DDB Group ECD Toby Talbot: “I’m excited to have Simone and theboys join us. Simone is soneone I’ve had my eye on for a while eversince she wrote some great long copy ads for Mercedes at Colenso. Steveand Paul have the hunger and the ambition to go far. The department hasnever been in better shape. Good times.”
