Mojo hires kiwi expat Fran Clayton – ex Saatchi’s New York – as regional leader of discovery

Fran Clayton 2010-web.jpgKiwi expat FranClayton, formerly worldwide director Xploring at Saatchi & Saatchi,has joined Mojo as the agency’s regional leader of discovery.

Claytonhas recently returned from New York, where she led a global network ofplanners to deliver strategic insight for global clients includingToyota, Proctor & Gamble, General Mills, Sony Ericsson and MeadJohnson.

Mojo chairman Graeme Wills said that Clayton’sappointment would significantly add to the strategic capability ofMojo: “The quality of our insights drives the quality of our work andthe results for our clients. A rigorous, progressive Discovery processis at the heart of that,” he said.

“Fran is a passionatelycurious, talented individual, and we’re delighted to welcome her backto Mojo in this significant leadership role.”

Clayton began her planning career at Mojo in New Zealand, so it is ahomecoming of sorts for the global nomad who has initiated, implementedand published projects such as Beauty Behind the Veil in the MiddleEast, The New Youth of Russia, The Value of Home in America, and aglobal point of view on luxury in the post-GFC economic reality.
