M&C Saatchi, Sydney senior copywriter Mitch Alison to join Clemenger BBDO Wellington
Awarded ex-pat South African copywriter Mitch Alison is joining Clemenger BBDO Wellington as a senior writer, to be teamed with Brigid Alkema.
Nowan Aussie citizen, Alison will relocate from Sydney where he has beenworking as a senior copywriter at M&C Saatchi Sydney since 2007.
Alisonmoved to Australia from his native South Africa in 2001, joining BWM asa copywriter. He’s also worked at George Patterson Bates, Melbourne andFinlay Preece Advertising Sydney.
Prior to coming toAustralia, Alison spent two years as a senior copywriter atTBWA\Hunt\Lascaris Johannesburg and before that was at DMB&BBudapest for a year. He’s also worked at Ogilvy & Mather Cape Town and The Jupiter Drawing Room Johannesburg.
Alison won a Gold Press Lion at Cannes in 1996 for the Zoo Lake Action Committee (left), via The Jupiter Drawing Room.

This is a very lucky boy. Going to work with one of the most naturally talented (and humble) art directors in the country, Brigid Alkema.
