Morningside hub pools talent for party of the year – Friday 3rd December
Invitations for the biggest event of the year amongst the combined industries of film, music, photography and animation have been sent out to those in the advertising and music sectors in New Zealand and across the Tasman.
The Morningside Hub, comprising The Collective Force, Our Production Team, Automatic Films, Department of Motion Graphics, Native Tongue and Arch Hill Records, have pooled their talents and resources for a Christmas Party on Friday 3rd December.
The party, being dubbed as a ‘mini music festival’ by those in theknow, promises a line up of some of New Zealand’s best known musicians,including Don McGlashan, Julia Deans, The Calico Brothers, DrabDoo-Riffs and many more.
Projectors running through the night willshowcase film, photography and animation and there will be lashings ofalcohol supplied by VnC Cocktails, Sacred Hill Wines and newly launchedStoke Beer. Langos Hungarian Bread, the fave at music festivals, willensure some of that alcohol is soaked up and Ripe Delicatessen aresupplying dessert for 400 people, which is the expected number on thenight.
Entry is by invitation only, and the RSVP’s are floodingin, so if you think you should be there and haven’t seen the invitationdesigned and written by Lindsay Redding at DMG, email event@automaticfilms.tv with your info and the powers that be will discern your eligibility.
