Australia scores a record 12 jury spots at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity in June – New Zealand jury list to be announced soon

The line-up to represent New Zealand should be announced soon.

Last week the CB Australia blog revealed the first three jurors to represent Australia at Cannes this year: Dylan Harrison (top left), ECD at DDB Sydney, who will be on the Promo & Activation Lions jury; Ant Keogh (top right), ECD at Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne, who will be on the Press Lions jury; and Matt Batten (top centre), CD at Wunderman, Sydney, who is on the Direct Lions jury.

As reported by Campaign Brief in December, Warren Brown (second row left), chairman and ECD of BMF, is president of the Promo & Activation jury.

Furby-Jay-NEW.jpgNancyHartley.jpegSUDEEP-GOHIL.jpgAustralia’s other jurors announced today are: Mark Harricks, joint ECD of JWT Sydney (second row right) will be on the Film Lions jury; Micah Walker, ECD of Mojo, Sydney (second row middle) will be on the Outdoor jury; Jay Furby, ECD of JayGrey, Sydney (above left) will be on the Radio Lions jury; Nancy Hartley, joint ECD of Sapient Nitro, Brisbane (above centre) will be on the Cyber Lions jury; Mindshare’s James Greet will be on the Media Lions jury; Kat Thomas of One Green Bean will be on the PR Lions jury; and Droga5, Sydney planning partner Sudeep Gohill (above right) will be on the inaugural Creative Effectiveness jury.

Denneen (pictured left with his producer Anna Fawcett) told CB on the weekend: “It’s great to be asked to judge at Cannes, especially in the film craft category.
