Wow. That is terrible. The shot at the end when she comes out of the tube is one of the is so poorly executed.
I’d have to agree with my owner Pat.
I thought it was pretty average, usually Tui produces better work.
Stink buzz.
Funny. Like it … great bum.
It’s not even a bikini, it’s a tank top. And what’s in her mouth as she talk?
Nice. Baby got back.
I hope none of you guys are copywriters, or have jobs where you are paid.
Post-man-pat, it’s almost as bad as your sentence structure.
You nearly writes English.
Who says copy writing is a dying art.
I thought the woman was very annoying but the ad overall is really funny. I love the little flick of the biking at the end! Got the guys talking, not sure if they would buy the beer thoguh.
Last shot makes it all worthwhile.
Good grief, that is a shocker-the slide looks dirty, and the brewery end shot looks like it was done by a student. Brand suicide?
Simple. Memorable. Cheeky. I like it.

Hardly – do you think the average Tui drinker is going to stop consuming the product because the end shot isn’t up to your standards.
It gets the message across that they’ve got a new bottle gimmick so they’re likely to see a spike in sales as people are brainwashed in to believing it will make their beer taste better.
It’s hard to impress on here but in the real world people don’t put as much thought into advertising as we do.
I think after watching it once most people either change the channel, press mute or go make a cup of tea.
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh that sucks
Really bad. Really don’t like this at all.
0414….thou art a retard in this world and the next-beer spots are held to creative account for a reason-please consider this and refrain from futher futile commment…
REALLY FUCKIN’ BAD. APOLOGIES.
Looks cheeep brooooo
Well… I really like it. Made me laugh!
So that’s what passes for good at Saatchis?
Lame excution of a middling idea aye no hate but why? why?
0621-Have you ever seen a proper beer spot?
LOL-ing.
6.21-What the acting?
Can we see some evidence it was filmed at the brewery and not with a still in photoshop?
Better running the original Tui girls spot I’d have to say.
And why does the ‘babe’ have an aussie accent.
Other than that, it’s awesome, but shit.
Now, lets talk about the telecom one,
OW. Never thought I’d say it but I think Ogilvy is hotter than Saatchis now.
Certainly back on brand, nice work. I’ll let the creatives debate over crafting.
who cares? really?
You’re an angry wee thing aren’t ya?
It’s ok, take a breath, you’ll amount to something one day.
I was watching the rugger with the boys on Saturday. This came on and one of them choked on his KFC wing, wiped his grubby oil stained hands on his Pantera tee and exclaimed ‘Christ that’s a bit low brow.’
Needed twice the budget that’s all.
It’s a girl in a bikini in a hydroslide so there’s potential. A victim of low funds.
I’m with 12:58.
Let’s talk about Telecom.
Need more budget but funny all the same…
Good Job Scratchis
Let’s not talk about the Telecom spot.
Oh, wait, maybe we should. It was filmed on a nice camera used by Sir Peter.
After that, it’s a YouTube steal-a-matic with a hammy manifesto voice over. The sort of thing you do when you’re in the shit with a client, or about to present a PowerPoint presentation on strategy.
Ewwwwww…
Oh, Tui. Ah well. Crap idea. Looks cheap.
1.10 – You wish.
SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET thats bad
hahahha it is shit BUT its funny at the end. seriously i was with two guys who talked about it for 20minutes, talking how bad it is and loughing about the use of word – loughing though the entire time AND they rewinded it 5 times to see the end. So i guess it might achieve something at the end of the day, even though production wise is terrible. (sorry for the english, i have an excuse its not my first language) 🙂
Well there’s a lot about it that’s just not right, not least being that Tui are still peddling this nonsense. I thought it was a great ad for Rainsbow’s end water slide though… Although it does look like a sewer in there, why didn’t they clean up that shot at least, surely a clean bottle neck analogy would be very important to the brand, or would it…Now where did I put my Steinlager in it’s lovely retro white can?
We think its Hellensville slide-thats a dirty old long neck….
The idea’s pretty decent I reckon. (product link is great).
And this spot could have been great. Or at least a lot better than what was achieved. And to the creative team behind it, don’t take any of this negativitiy too personally.
One has to question the agency producers, the film company and the account team when agreeing that this could be made for the money. -You can excuse the new ECD for the meantime.
The Saatchi’s of old, even of 5 years ago, would never have let this go into production without ramping up the budget properly, and doing the thought justice. And if the idea is too ambitious for the budget, and as unachievable as it clearly was here, do another idea. Simple.
Oh my god, she’s a gorgeous model, but she should NOT be allowed to SPEAK. Diabolical.
