Telecom staff write giant thank-you card to its loyal customers in new initiative via RAPP Tribal

RAPP Tribal, Auckland put Telecom’s entire staff – including CEO Paul Reynolds – to work writing a giant thank-you card to its loyal customers.
The work was reduced to card size, and printed and distributed with an online link for prizes.

That is the most amazing act of gratitude a brand has ever done – saying thanks for letting us rip you off. Hope you used a sharpie.
The only people that’ll look at it with interest are Telecom staff – who ironically get free/subsidised services and products.
