‘single-handedly’ – but apart from that… Holy crap this is GREAT WORK!
Me like, nice and clean
Sorry Sadie but isn’t this the first idea you think of? this is what a grad would come up with in their first year!
So it’s saying that Ajax doesn’t clean up all the spill, just a bit of it. Should it not have the bottom bit missing as well? Or is that a hijack ad for Handy Andy – We clean up what Ajax leaves behind. Just a suggestion.
Surprised the client didn’t make that logo bigger
It’s great work.
So ‘sorry, haters…’ if you think it’s great work why not put your name to that comment so we know if you’re qualified to make that call? Just saying
Mike likes this.
looks like o&m bangkok from ten years ago.
But, Mr ‘Just Saying’ is a complete tosser and a hypocrite. And how many times do you hear that same tired argument rolled out on CB?
The beauty of CB is that you can slag people and get angst off your chest without getting fired for it. More fun that timesheets.
Anyhow, Mr Just Saying, what’s your name?
As for this ad, I agree with Mr Mmmmmm, this ad would look fresh in an AWARD annual from 1995. And it looks scammy as all fuck.
Calm down people this is just a cute campaign. No one is trying to claim Print advertising has been revolutionised. Relax.
Nice photography and gets the message across, what’s the problem?

But, oh my word, it’s a rip off?
Nah, probably coincidence, bugger.
Still, change the entry from Y&R to Colenso and it’ll get gold. The trick is not to admit that the agency sunk tons of money into it, and always maintain the facade that the ad is actually real.
Sorry, unfortunately this is the same as the Proper idea.
We’d never seen the Proper ad before,
if we had we wouldn’t have made this.
We are sincere advocates of originality.
We will be more thorough next time.
On to the next brief.
The first of many to come
Just what I’d expect from Y&R
Geez over analyze much “I hate to be negative”. And how well jammed is that carrot up your arse “Rubbish”. Let’s not forget this is just a print ad, and it’s for Ajax.
Perhaps you could rub one out next time you get so up tight.
