Shit puns developing later in the morning. Thankyous from dim-witted client likely later in the day. Overnight we can expect regrets developing from both client and CD followed by some calls of ‘why did they do that?’ especially around the CB Blog area, and perhaps one or two industry functions. Long range we can expect a loss of confidence, and, possibly, one or two clients followed later in the morning by a memo from WPP management to close the Wellington office or at the very least reconsider the simple blueprint that is outsourcing creative to Auckland. Expect any residual smugness to clear by the end of the month and denials by creative team that they were ever involved in the campaign especially the execution that had a headline about periods together with a picture of a female who was looking a bit tired. Scattered creatives looking sorry for themselves may develop around the Courtney Place region Friday night amid small talk about freelancing opportunties at Clems. Defensive comments about this post may follow the next morning once hangovers subdue.
Creative Catalyst? Wank taken to a new level.
My God this work looks desperate.
If the shitty campaign helped inspire Jimmy’s comment… FUCK! It was well worth it!
Who would put their name to this, let alone PR it?
I quite like this campaign. It is a shame goth was used as the hero image though, the others are stronger.
I like it. Best of all I like the bonce on the gym guy, he looks like such a gormless twunt.
Well done all concerned.
have a lie down jimmy. probably another big axe-grinding day tomorrow…
I’d just like it known that the person called Dan is not Dan Moth. I’m Dan Moth and I like this campaign.
I can prove I’m Dan Moth because I’m sitting at my desk.
I don’t want to know about her periods.
Dan is right. I checked and I am not Dan Moth.
I’m Desperate Dan.
