Telecom recruits ‘talking animals’ to ask the questions in new online campaign via Droga 5

TelecomNZ tasked Droga5 and kiwi production company Toybox to create a website where questions New Zealanders typically ask the telco can be answered in the one place, quickly and easily.
The content of the site is based around interviews conducted by the agency with real people from all walks of life.
After identifying the key insights, the audio of genuine customers with genuine questions was brought to life using animated animals.
