Spikes Asia: Colenso BBDO Auckland wins five Gold Spikes, nine Silver Spikes and one Bronze; DDB scores one Gold, two Silver and three Bronze

Colenso BBDO won one Gold Spike and one Silver Spike for its Export Dry ‘Wine that sold beer’ campaign; one Gold for ‘The Wine Is Over’ campaign and one Silver for ‘The Wine List’. It’s Pedigree ‘Donation Glasses’ was a big winner with three Gold Spikes and three Silver. The agency’s Monteith’s ‘Sorry about the twigs, folks’ campaign won four Silver Spikes and one Bronze.

DDB New Zealand won a Gold Spike in Print and Poster Craft for Sky’s Rialto Channel, plus a Silver Spike for McDonald’s ‘Staying up late’ in the Film category, and a Silver Spike and three Bronze Spikes for Yellow Toolbox – won in the Digital, Direct and Outdoor categories.

Other NZ shops scored Bronze: DraftFCB in Promo and Activation for Pak n Save’s ‘Black Lollipop’, Whybin\TBWA for St Matthew in the City in Outdoor, plus Clemenger BBDO, Wellington and Finch for NZTA ‘Flying Objects’. In Media SparkPHD won Bronze for Unilever’s ‘Sold in a jiffy’ for Jif.

In all New Zealand agencies walked off with three Gold Spikes, seven Silver Spikes and eight Bronze Spikes.

In addition young OMD duo Abi Morrish and Lauren Siemer took home a Silver Spike at the Young Spikes in the Media category.
