Erik Hay and Brigid Alkema from Clemenger BBDO Wellington have walked away as April’s ORCA winners for their ‘Nothing Beats a Jingle’ campaign for Wellington International Ukulele Orchestra.
Clemenger BBDO Wellington were tasked with increasing ticket sales for The Ukes. The regional radio station asked its listeners to volunteer their businesses for a jingle. The Ukes got to work in the studio and produced a number of jingles in only one day. The jingles went to air accompanied by a message from the Ukes asking listeners to repay their support by going to the show. Ticket sales soared.
