Curious Films’ Rumarama hits Wellington’s Mighty Mighty on Tuesday, June 11 at 7pm

SJ_AUCKLAND_2013_CURIOUS_VERTICAL_FINAL2.jpegOnly one week to go until Curious’ Pop-Up Cinema hits Wellington, in celebration of the company’s Australasian release of Hori Smoku – a documentary on the life and times of renowned tattooist Norman Collins, aka Sailor Jerry.

Set for Tuesday, June 11 (the 40th anniversary of Sailor Jerry’s death), the Curious Wellington party will kick start with a screening of the iconic documentary followed by arm wrestling, tattooing, live music and Sailor Jerry rum served till late at 7pm for a 7.15pm screening at Mighty Mighty, 104 Cuba Street, Wellington.

Wellington is the fourth city on Curious Film’s rum fuelled Australasian tour inspired by the success of last month’s Auckland Event at The Nathan Club, Britomart.
