Over 300,000 New Zealanders speak to a Lifeline counselor each year. In addition to providing a range of helpline services via phone, text and email, Lifeline also provides suicide prevention and intervention education to corporates, schools and community groups, as well as face-to-face counseling.

After two decades, the nine Lifeline incorporated societies around New Zealand are coming together as one central organisation.

Says Linda Taylor, Lifeline’s head of marketing and communications: “We have a lot of work to do over the next few months, and we need an agency partner prepared to work along side us and come on the journey. Republik came highly recommended and we’re over the moon to be working together.”

Says Paul McNamara, Republik director: “Lifeline is a fantastic organisation, and one that the team here at Republik are really keen to get involved with. There are a lot of New Zealanders that have had a hard time in recent years and I think it’s important Lifeline gets their message out loud and clear, so Kiwis know where to turn if they need help.”
