AWARD School NZ Graduation set for Wed, Oct 12 upstairs, Mexico Britomart, 26 Britomart Pl, 6-8pm
After a gruelling schedule of 10 briefs in 12 weeks, the annual AWARD School Graduation will be held in Auckland next Wednesday 12 October.
The graduation will be held upstairs at Mexico Britomart, 23 Britomart Place from 6pm – 8pm. This year there is a small but impressive group of graduates, so if you’re on the hunt for some fresh young talent, make sure you’re there.

AWARD School is Australia and New Zealand’s pre-eminent training program for aspiring creatives, copywriters and art directors. Running for more than 30 years, AWARD School is highly competitive and follows a strict selection process based on demonstrated creative potential. The 12 week intensive course is considered a rite of passage for any aspiring creative professional in the industry and has kickstarted the careers of many industry legends both locally and internationally.
The 2016 program was headed in Auckland by Brett Colliver, creative director, DDB Auckland, whose recent work includes Samsung’s Smart Phone Line, Nimble “Unexpected Happens” and DB Export Brewtroleum. Colliver’s been awarded at all of the major global shows, including Cannes gold and nominations at D&AD, as well as Team of the Year at AWARD in 2014.
