Special and DDB share New Zealand Agency of the Year title in Campaign Brief’s THE WORK 2023; Motion Sickness, Chemistry, VMLY&R in the top 5
Special and DDB have both taken out the New Zealand Agency of the Year title in Campaign Brief’s THE WORK 2023. Special and DDB share the #1 spot with 32 Acceptances apiece, followed by Motion Sickness at #3 with 19 Acceptances. Chemistry is ranked #4 with 11 Acceptances, followed by VMLY&R at #5 with 10 Acceptances.
The Monkeys is ranked at #6 with 8 Acceptances, followed by FCB at #7 with 7 Acceptances, EightyOne at #8 with 6 Acceptances and TBWA in at #9 with 4 Acceptances. Augusto, Ogilvy, Stanley St and True share the #10 spot with 3 Acceptances apiece, followed by Dentsu Creative at #14 with 2 Acceptances. Holmes Creative and Remade share the #15 spot with 1 Acceptance apiece.
This is the 21st year of THE WORK, which is recognised as a true record of creativity for the entire region and features the very best advertising of the year from Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
This year a total of 192 agencies and production companies in APAC submitted entries to Campaign Brief’s The Work 2023. This is up from 177 agencies and production companies that entered The Work in 2022.
This year there were over 3,700 entries to The Work with the most entries coming from Australia (1391), Thailand (579), Philippines (503), Taiwan (410), China (397) and New Zealand (370).
